Welcome! My name is Vizier LuQman and I am a stage IV cancer survivor. In July of 2014, I was admitted to the hospital about a week or so before my 18th birthday. Soon after, I was diagnosed with cancer by doctors who told my mother I had no chance of living through treatment.
There are several reasons why I celebrate the gift of life today, but the ONE that has made the greatest impact is the presence of PEACE & POSITIVITY in my life!
POSITIVITY
Both loved ones and strangers showed up, day after day, to boost POSITIVITY into my life during this dark time. The outpour was unbelievable!
PEACE
These acts of positivity brought me to a mindset shift that inspired an overwhelming sense of PEACE that has stayed with me to this day!
Place of Peace Cancer Foundation is the beginning of my promise to pay that PEACE & POSITIVITY forward to other families impacted by cancer (with a focus on childhood diagnoses). Through meaningful acts of positivity and donations to families in need, I would love your partnership in providing relief from the devastating impact of cancer. We are stronger together!
